Eligible Returns
Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.Lost or Stolen Packages.
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Simply Pure Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues
How to Request a Return

Refunds
